Facility Use
Grace EC Church allows our facilities to be used by the community and our church family. Please note that our facility has a camera system in use at all times. This is for your security and ours.
If you'd like to reserve the building for your event, please read the following policy regarding facility use. To download facility request forms, please follow the links below. To reserve a date, please call Jen in the office at 797-5068 during office hours, Mon- Fri 9- 2 pm. [Scroll to the bottom of this page to see what dates the building is currently in use. ]
Please Note: Grace EC Church events will always take precedence over non-church events.
In the event of a funeral, your event may have to be postponed.
Children are not to be in the building unsupervised.
Teenagers under the age of 18 must have an adult present.
There are NO exceptions!
If you want to come down to play basketball, that is fine as long as no one has the facility reserved AND as long as there is an adult present. This is for your protection and ours. Please respect the property so that it can be continued to be made available to the community.
As always, call before you assume the facility is not in use.
